What is a nominee service?
Our office also offers clients the so-called nominee services. It is a method through which the real owner of the company is concealed. The term '' nominee '' refers to a person, whether an individual or another company, who acts in the Commercial Register as an official partner or an executive manager (in this case, a nominee is a natural person). Through this mechanism, it is not possible to ascertain from the public sources who is the real owner of the given company and thus remains anonymous. However, the nominee does not actually control the company, nor is it the actual owner. The nominee service is provided mostly for the purpose of protecting the property or privacy of an entrepreneur.
Who is a nominee?
Nominee is a trustworthy person who represents the owner in the company bodies, acting only with the consent and upon instructions of the client. Although the relations between the owner and the nominee are clearly defined at all times, there is no direct link between them. Throughout the use of nominee services, the client is legally entitled to the ownership of the company and its assets on the basis of clear legal documentation. In the case of using nominee services, we provide the client with guarantees precisely defined in the terms of service. Nominee services can be used by all types of companies (limited liability company, joint stock company., ...)
Who is this service suitable for?
The nominee service is used by our clients especially in cases where it is necessary to conceal the ownership of companies or shares in companies from competition in the industry, partners in other joint ventures of the client, family members, or conceal the ownership of valuable assets or ownership in companies due to security risk. The nominee service is therefore used to protect property, not to cover illegal activities. For this reason, the provision of the service is conditional on the administration of the accounting of such company by our office.
From the point of view of time, it is possible to use the nominee services as a one-off service, e.g. in a specific business case or in the long run.

Please note that due to the varying complexity of preparations, assessment and scope of the activities covered by the nominee service, as well as the time required for the provision of activities and the resulting costs, the final prices for each client are always set individually.

4. Assessment of the structure and setting up processes by a specialized accounting office and auditor (with the client's consent).
4. Preparation of complete contractual documentation by our law firm.
5. Provision of nominee services and smooth running of client's business.
